Dr. August Nasse Building

on Schiller Street in historic Hermann, Missouri

Built in 1848, this red brick building was originally the private home, pharmacy and office of Dr. August Nasse and wife, Matilde Wundermann Nasse. Over the years it has served the Hermann community as various businesses and residences.

We acquired the historic property in 2019. We have many exciting plans for the various spaces and are restoring them a little at a time. It will take us years to bring it to its full potential, so be sure to stop by when you’re in town and follow us on Facebook for updates.

From the first time we visited Hermann, it felt like home. We instantly fell in love with the history, traditions, delightful people, and German architecture. We knew this is where we were going to put down roots. We look forward to hosting guests, friends, and family for many years to come!
